Pastor McBride has served the Kingdom in various capacities of ministry, including singing, teaching, administration, as a minister and founding pastor of An Invitation to Prayer Ministries. She has a passion to see lives changed by the power and love of Jesus Christ.

Pastor McBride holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Coker College, and has worked as a Secondary English teacher for 20 years. She currently works with a drop-out prevention program, serving at-risk youth and enjoys her job immensely. It is through her work with these youth and their families that she is reminded of the need for unceasing prayer and consistent evangelism.

Pastor McBride has also earned a graduate certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.  She completed both a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.

Pastor McBride is excited about the future, knowing that as long as she follows the leadership of God and submits herself to God ordained leadership she will continue to experience Kingdom blessings and favor.
